initial schedule development), plant auxiliaries and detailed commissioning
and start up schedule. Served as Primavera Outage
Scheduler for Baxter Wilson Unit 1 Return To Service after extensive fire
damage. Scope included full train turbine inspection, replacement of LP
rotor blading and rewind of 540MW generator rotor. Included several
large Capital projects and plant auxiliaries. Used process flow
diagrams, P&ID’s and equipment lists to develop detailed commissioning

Point, Westwego, LA – Scheduler (April 2012 – February 2013) Outage
scheduler for Ninemile Units 4 and 5. Scope included 750MW turbine
inspection, turbine valves and reheater header replacement in the boiler. Waterford

Worked with project team to developed integrated outage schedule for full
train inspection of large Siemens steam turbine. Inspection included
HP, IP, LPA and LPB inspection, MBFP inspection, boiler, auxiliary work and
several capital projects. Utilized MS Project to develop and track

– Developed Primavera P6 schedule for construction of Teague VA Medical
Center in Temple, TX. Also developed PERT flow chart for management

Developed detailed outage schedule for inspection and repair for Frame 5 GE
Gas Turbine. Included hot gas path inspection and instrumentation

chemical plant. Developed work breakdown structure (WBS), input

- As senior
scheduler, worked with project team to develop detailed, logic driven
schedules for two turbine, generator and boiler outages. Outage work included
rewind of stator and rotor, HP turbine repair, RH tube replacement, air
pre-heater replacement and various capital projects. Developed schedule in
Primavera P6, updated and presented schedule in weekly team meetings. Atlantic

- Performed on-site analysis of
project schedules tracking construction of three oil tankers for a major oil
company. Customer utilized Primavera P6 scheduling software and earned value
methodology for performance reporting. Using FEED data developed
initial project schedule. As Detailed Design data became available,
developed integrated project schedule used to track construction and provide
accurate date for EV analysis and resource management. Kenny
Construction Company – Project Manager (2006 – 2008) American
Transmission Company, Wausau, WS
- Served as Project Manager responsible for construction of 100 miles of
green field double circuit 345/138kV transmission line (100 million).
Using FEED data, developed integrated project management plan and presented
to upper management. Managed diverse strong-matrix team; interfaced
directly with owner and team stakeholders. Utilized drill pier
foundations and steel monopoles. Responsibilities included 100 million
construction budget, P6 schedule development, real estate procurement,
customer relations, ROW clearing, foundations, electrical structures,
environmental issue management, right of way restoration and project close

Project Management, LLC - Scheduler (Contract 1995 – 2005) St
James Substation, St James, LA
- Served as Project Manager for replacement of two station transformers with
new 230/34.5kV units. Replaced existing breakers and RTU, updated
relays and added new feeder breaker. At the same time, added new
customer substation with new 34.5/4.16kV 22 MVA. Falgoust
Substation, St Rose, LA
- Served as Project manager for construction of 3.8-mile 34.5kV distribution
feeder. Managed right of way issues with landowners, railroad and
pipeline operators. Coordinated environmental issues and secured
permits for highway, railroad and existing 230kV crossing. ExxonMobil,
Equatorial Guinea –
Provided Primavera consulting and training to offshore production team based
West Africa. Developed work breakdown structure and developed

– Served as Primavera scheduler and Cost Engineer for construction of large
hydraulic dredge. Also developed resource loaded schedule, then updated

structure templates for use by five Sunoco oil refinery locations. Also
